By saying 'use the WarpUp-functionality' you basically say to use
the WarpOS system functions. And these return the time in 'real time'.

GetSysTimePPC has not much overhead and is well-suitable for most
purposes. Only for stuff like intensive profiling it might be better
to directly read the registers. But then you have to do the conversion
yourself.
